During the second crash of my laptop, I was unable to get a response from the company I bought it from, either by email, voicemail or text. In desperation I contacted A2Z and initially spoke to Arize. Throughout my contact with him, he was always courteous, professional and didn't seem to mind my questions. He even remembered my name when I called for an update. Even though his company is in Wandsworth and I live in Croydon, he was willing to pick up and return my laptop.
