Excellent work by a very knowledgeable engineer. He was very polite and answered all of my questions as well as offering useful additional small options to improve the appearance of the installation. The gentleman arrived on time and worked well. Very pleased with the air conditioning he installed with good explanation on how best to set it. He cleaned up and left everything tidy.
