  I would recommend Zbyszek at A2air without hesitation. He carried out the heat pump installation at our house in a most professional and efficient way and ensured that he cleared his work areas both inside and out before he left.

  The gentleman arrived on time and worked well. Very pleased with the air conditioning he installed with good explanation on how best to set it. He cleaned up and left everything tidy. Overall very satisfied with the whole experience. Look forward to seeing him for an annual service also recommended him to my son. Many thanks Zbignieu

  First floor bedroom air conditioner

  Zbigniew is exceptional. He phoned us within a few minutes of receiving the request from Checkatrade, visited to survey later that day, and completed the installation the very next day. Less than 24 hours from request to fully complete! Zbigniew was punctual, friendly, polite, clean, tidy, and consulted us when necessary to ensure that the installation met our needs. We're delighted and have no hesitation in recommending Zbigniew and A2air Ltd.

  Easy to deal with

  Zbigniew was very responsive to all my enquiries, and visited the site on multiple occasions as the requirements changed. He was polite and easy to deal with, and provided the most competitive quote of the companies I approached. The work was completed to a good standard, although there were some initial teething issues following the install: nonetheless these were resolved quickly and with no fuss. Unfortunately the work in one room had to change on install day as the site visit had not identified an area that the cables could not run through; an alternative solution was found.
