T-handle on 'up and over' garage door had no tension when turned, as cable connecting to spring bolt at top of door had snapped - thus meaning garage door could not open. Mark replied swiftly to my query, arrived on time and fixed the issue within 30 minutes for a reasonable fee. Would recommend
