    Outside Drain clearance

    Impressed from start to finish. I rang as a new customer, the person on the phone took my details and told me when I would hear from the owner about the requested work. I was ring back the next day(with an apology that it had not been the previous evening!). The work was booked in for the following day(as not an emergency) everything explained about pricing, when it would happen etc etc. Rung on the same day to say they could come that afternoon, which was a bonus. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, also with a small discount as for my mum in her 90s. Highly highly recommended.

    Install 2 new soakaways

    After calling A1 to clear blockage in the drain it was found there werent any drains. A1 agreed to install 2 new soakaways and work was started immediately and completed in the alloted time We are very happy with completed job. Workers were very hard working and thorough.

    Very nice young man. Family business. He did as much as he could although problem persisted. He could have spent longer, and charged more, but the problem was further down the line and down to Thames water to resolve. Very happy to use again.

RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS

Our residential customers can benefit from a 10% senior citizen discount where applicable and we don’t charge a call out fee during the day or night. We provide a free, no obligation estimate for repair works required.
