the chaps at A1 are very good, they were in contact straight away, communication before the job was good. they turned up on time and got the job done. Will definitely use them again

I hired this company to reduce the height and width of a hedge surrounding my block of four flats. I visited the property while the work was underway, but was later informed by one of my tenants that the job had not been completed. I had already paid the invoice. I contacted Cain, the owner of the company, on several occasions and was assured they would return to finish the work. However, over three months have passed and they have yet to come back. Although the work that was carried out was of a decent standard, sadly, I would not recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the work carried out. All the team were efficient and carried the work out to a very good standard. They were super helpful and cleared up afterwards. They even took the time to remove an extra tree for us at the last minute, which was amazing. Great value as well, and very kind tradesmen.

Promptly response to online request and work assessed that day and deal made. Early next week the work was done quickly and efficiently with all the cuttings removed.

A1 turned up on time to discuss the job, which was a significant prune of an out of control apple tree. He explained what he would do and gave a quote. He could do the job the following day, but I was going to be away for a couple of days. That was no problem and they came to do the job the following day. He sent me pictures via WhatsApp when he had finished to make sure I was happy. They took away all of the trimmings and left the garden tidy. The price was as quoted. Would use again.

Lot's of branches and trees taken down, all rubbish taken away, clean tidy and fast job, no fuss and great communication. Thank you guys.
