  Totally clean and seal driveway

  I had previously had William do some work for me and that is how I found out he did power cleaning of driveways. I found William punctual and was here when he said he would be. He was very polite and very diligent in his work. He explained everything he was doing and the different options I had. The work was completed to a very high standard. William should be very proud of his work as he cleaned at least 8 years of dirt from the driveway. I am really pleased with the finished job. I would definitely recommend William to anyone.

  Cleaning Block Paving

  Made an appointment to clean my block paving 6 weeks prior and turned up promptly. Job completed and was very happy with the result. Very polite and informative, had to leave a couple of times but kept me updated and as I say very pleased with the result

  Guttering & downpipe repair

  My downpipe had slipped down and come away from the guttering completely, I messaged A1 property services and the guy came straight back , a date & time was arranged , he turned up , had the tools for the job and explained what had happened to the downpipe etc , Gad the correct ladders and fixed it all in a timely manner , price was very competitive and I would def use again if I need any more property repairs , would def recommend.

  Gutter & Fascia Clean

  A1 Property Maintenance came to clean out my gutters. Not only did they clean out my gutters, but they also wiped down my fascias (free of charge). They communicated all the way along and made sure I was happy with the work being carried out. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
