Ben did an excellent job painting our entire house and we highly recommend him. We moved in December 2025 with a tight deadline before Christmas, and he made sure everything was finished on time without compromising on quality. His preparation was meticulous, with careful filling, sanding, and attention to detail throughout. The finish is flawless, with clean lines and a professional result in every room. Ben is reliable, trustworthy, and takes real pride in his work. He was also great with our 2 year old, kind and respectful, and is a genuine stand up guy.

Didn’t turn up the first time. Got an apology after sending a message. Gave him the benefit of the doubt rebooked for the work to be done. Got a message the night before confirming time they would be on site. Again didn’t turn up , no explanation/apology and then blocked the chat. Avoid A1 Decorators, complete time wasters. If you don’t want the job then have the decency to let the client know
