Didn’t turn up the first time. Got an apology after sending a message. Gave him the benefit of the doubt rebooked for the work to be done. Got a message the night before confirming time they would be on site. Again didn’t turn up , no explanation/apology and then blocked the chat. Avoid A1 Decorators, complete time wasters. If you don’t want the job then have the decency to let the client know

We sincerely apologise for the cancellation. To our knowledge, a reason was provided at the time, as we were extremely busy and concluded that the job wasn’t the right fit for us to proceed with.
