Steve replied soon after I posted my request as he was working in the area.Texted half an hour later to say he was on his way and soon located the problem and resolved it.Was very friendly and explained what had happened.Very pleased with the process.Verified reviewerJob location: RM1210 Fridge maintenance , possibly gas loss. Very happy , we arranged the work quickly and communication was excellent. Completed the work in time and fridge is working fine. Stephen responded quickly and came to inspect our fridge/freezer. He was able to diagnose the problem and although the unit wasn’t repairable, Stephen gave us detailed advice regarding a replacement fridge/freezer.
