They were very thorough with communication. Emailed quote promptly and kept me updated with delivery and letting me know the fitting date and time. I was able to check the quality of the door as all information on spec was provided. Gave me full demonstration and advised on maintenance. Left clean and tidy and took away all the old door and fittings. Left me an invoice to pay, and did not demand payment as soon as the fitting was completed.
