The date, time and price were all agreed a week prior and despite advising that we had been let down by another electrician not turning up, this one also failed to attend with no communication made. Would not recommend using.

Ian (owner) sent someone else for the job who wasn't very proficient in the works including assessment of EICR remedial works. Couple of other electrician firms said the remedial quote was far too high for the work involved (wireless light switches and trunking to light fightings to insert earth wire) and I eventually got it done much cheaper (1/2 the price quoted, with chasing rather than use of wireless switches which I understand can be unreliable over time).

Came to review work required and then promptly followed up with a quote. On day of work arrived on time and carried out all required works efficiently and kept to quote price.
