Emergency call out on a commercial site, very prompt and did an amazing job. Friendly guy and a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend this this business. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, and Alan did an excellent job as always.

Arrived at the MiL's home to find her distraught over a blocked toilet (she is 86 and stuck in a wheelchair). Called A1 Drainage as we had used them before and they didn't disapoint. They quickly resolved the issue and at a very reasonable price.

Phoned A1 Drainage got a polite guy called Alan on the phone who was helpful and discussed what he could do to help with the issue. Turned up on time had a quick look and said the words yeah no problem which was music to my ears! The final cost was exactly what he quoted, I hope not to use his services again but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate in calling A1 again. 5 stars

I called A1 to investigate a bad smell from water urinals. They booked us in within 3 days, the service is always quick. The drainage pipes were cleaned and A1 put in a temporary fix on a valve that was found to be missing. They also arranged for a new valve to be installed and will raise a quote for water based urinals to be installed. The team are always polite and friendly.

Alan came and diagnosed the problem and identified the location of the blockage quickly. The blockage required extensive excavation which was quoted and then sorted at a reasonable price on second visit. Very happy with the service from Alan.
