They are friendly, polite and professional to deal with. Arrived on time. A cupboard had to be carefully removed as it was part of a run of matching kitchen cupboards but was now too small. It was removed and a new larger cupboard built to a high standard, I was pleased with the results and would use them again.

Mark and Alan did a great job on our bespoke alcove and cabinet shelves. Communication was clear throughout, and they built exactly what we wanted. They were punctual, professional, and detail-focused. The finished shelves look fantastic—high quality and exactly as we’d hoped. Highly recommend.

We contacted A1 Class Carpentry and Construction for a quote to replace all of our internal doors. We were very specific about the doors we wanted and their design. After Mark came to provide the quote, we immediately knew we wanted him to carry out the work. Despite the challenge of odd-sized doors, he managed to find exactly what we were looking for. The price was very reasonable, and on the day of fitting, Mark took every precaution to protect our carpets and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. He worked meticulously, ensuring he was happy with every door before considering the job done.

My porch was poorly redone by another trades person so the door literally flew off in the wind. I was discouraged but Mark's work and customer care renewed my faith in trustworthy trades people. He replaned and replaced the door to fit perfectly as well as sorting out the sticking door on the our outbuilding. Excellent, prompt. communication, arrived on time, completed on time. I had been told that my standards were too high but Mark not only met them but exceeded them. He worked with obvious knowledge, experience and care and the site was left spotless. Absolutely recommend.
