Excellent service by Kenneth. Very professional. Identified the issue. Ordered the spare part and returned to fit. Keeping is updated throughout. Oven now working perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Kenneth, came on time diagnosed the fault to my oven. He explained how he would need to fix it. He confirmed he had the part that needed to be replaced in his van. Checked with me whether I wanted him to go a head with the repair, once I confirmed that I did, he got on with the job. My oven is back in use, thank you Kenneth.

Kenneth was very punctual, polite and friendly. Though he needed to return after sourcing a part that was needed, he did not charge any extra for the second visit.
