Contacted them when the survey advised potential of asbestos in areas of a property we have bought to refurbish. David called me to discuss the options in regards to pricing and range of surveys they can do. Went for a full property survey based on what we had discussed and the price was not much more than the basic couple of samples so it made sense. He was able to quickly arrange entry in less than a week and after receiving and paying the invoice 3 days after the inspection, the survey was provided instantly.
