We bought a house that had solar panels and batteries. but the documentation we got was incomplete. We wanted a company to look if the system was ok, to explain us the details of the system and to provide us documentation/info rqeuired by British Gas for the ownership transfer. Liam was great with everything: answered all the questions in a very friendly way and provided the info in a timely manner. I will be happy to continue to be a customer of Climate Save Renewables Ltd

the surveyor was very informative which made my decision easier to go with this company. The installation took 4 days and made sure not to leave me without hot water and heating. great service overall

It has been a real pleasure to deal with Steve and his team at Climate Save Renewables . The install of the ASHP and the latter install of battery storage was done on time and with minimal disruption. The workmanship was to the highest standard and the handover of both systems can only be descripted as excellent. The after care service has also been excellent, including a warranty repair which was carried out very quickly. I have no hesitate in recommending Climate Save Renewables.

The surveyor was excellent from the start, very knowledgable and explained everything to us. No pressure selling just a survey that to around 40 minutes. Two days later we received a 5 page report detailing everything and also a price. We decided to proceed and the project was booked for the week after our holiday. The guys who carried out the work were excellent, very polite and very clean. The solar took two days to fit and the heat pump took 4 days.

The guys were very tidy and got the job done very quickly if it weren’t for a couple of snags it would’ve been done in one day but as it turns out it took a day and a half but no bother I was warned they would book 2 days just in case. I’m still still getting used to the system, but so far all is good and I’m pleased to join the solar revolution
