Made contact and Marc immediately responded to my issue with suggestions of how I could maybe resolve the problem myself. After I tried and couldn't fix it myself I made an appointment and Marc came and resolved my issue to my total satisfaction. I am very impressed that Marc's first response was "how can I help you to get it working" rather than just book an appointment. Would 100% recommend Marc
