I had two storage heaters removed and replaced with more modern heaters. The reasons for recommendation of the new heaters was explained thoroughly ahead of the work and those doing the work talked me through everything.

My enquiry through the App was answered promptly and politely. The engineer said he would be able to do the necessary work and came back to me within 48 hours with confirmation and a price. The replacement unit was fitted at a time to suit me, the engineer kept me informed throughout the process and the end result was perfect. 5 Stars

I cannot recommend Pep and his team enough. From quotation to installation, customer service and communication was 💯. All new sockets were chased in, nothing was too much trouble and they hoovered up after themselves!! Fantastic 😁.

I spoke to Giuseppe on 3rd June 2025, who seemed very helpful and could do all the services I required. I also followed this up that day with a detailed email. I heard nothing back . I then called and chased on 20th June 2025 and spoke with Tim who understandbly knew about it suggesting I resend the email, which I did. I then received a acknowledgment from Giuseppe to say he received my second email. I once again heard nothing back. For the final time I sent a polite email on 30th June asking for a update, which as of 22nd July I never got.
