Had this lad Tom and his team round to do some plastering and I’ve got to say, absolutely spot on from start to finish. Turned up bang on time, cracked on without fuss, and did amazing job ! He’s quick, tidy, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. No messing about, just got stuck in and got it done. Price was fair and sensible – no daft quotes or hidden extras. Friendly bloke too, easy to talk to and kept me in the loop with everything. Good communicator, which makes all the difference these days. Tom and his team did some plaster repair and skimming in our house. The work was of good quality, however, they did not adequately protect our bedroom's wooden floor, which had recently been restored, resulting in substantial damage. Disappointingly, Tom refused to cover repair costs, arguing that we hadn't explicitly asked for floor protection, and then said that the believed the floor was already damaged prior to his work. I'd suggest hiring someone who proactively respects your property, rather than assuming it doesn't matter.

This was the third job Tom and his team have done for us as we renovate our house. Great finish as always and really happy all round!
