  Richard and his team came to clean our apartment at the end of our tenancy. From the very beginning, Richard courteous, friendly, and had great communication. They had the job done in 3 hours, exactly the time he anticipated it taking. When finished, we walked through the apartment together to ensure I was happy with the standard of the cleaning. He made the entire process very smooth and I would happily hire him and his team again :)

  I'm very pleased overall with the professionalism and the services performed by Richard and 7 Gold Star Cleaning. There was great communication before and during the clean, and the clean itself was fantastic, particularly as Richard went through everything afterwards and offered to clean anything that might have been missed. Great service and great value for money.
