Brilliant service from start to finish. The laminate flooring looks amazing and was fitted to a very high standard. Luke and his son did an excellent job fitting both a wool‑and‑nylon carpet and a loop‑pile carpet in my bedroom and office. They took the time to explain each step of the process and carried out the work with real patience and professionalism. Although Luke is best known for his expertise in herringbone floors, he delivered outstanding results with my carpets as well. I’m extremely pleased with the finish and will certainly be using his services again in the future.
