Really excellent. Turned out to be a small job, which they did on the spot for a fair price. They were courteous, good humoured, respectful and tidy. A real strength of this firm is the quality of their communication. At every stage I got clear, thorough explanations and discussion of options, together with videos to demonstrate the problem before and after. Already have plans to use them again.
