No pressure during quotation, but very friendly and professional. Fitters arrived on planned date, a little late due to the weather, but got on with things with minimal disruption. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Left the house neat and tidy.

New replacement units

5 Star were quick to give us a very reasonable quote for the replacement of 3 units. They explained that there would be a delay as we wanted tempered glass. When they came to do the fitting we were very pleased that they were so efficient. Would have given them all 10 stars but 5 Star changed the day and then the time and we weren't quite sure when they'd come, but once they were tied down, excellent service.

The guys who came to do the work did do a great job.They did not cause much damage inside which was amazing no plaster inside came apart.They we’re being very careful.
