I would strongly advise others to avoid this pest control company. The inspection into a rat issue at my property was not thorough (basic areas like behind the fridge were not checked). Foam was inserted under roof tiles, which I later learned is not appropriate practice as it restricts airflow. When I raised concerns, I was initially told a refund would be issued, but they later refused. Nearly three weeks were wasted and I had to hire another company to correct the mistakes and resolve the rat problem. Very unprofessional service.

I had been experiencing a rat infestation since Feb. The previous pest company failed to identify the issue. I had appointment 4 seasons to carry out repairs and remove the pest infestation. I dealt with Anjum, Zak,Adam and Michal. They had managed to clear the infestation within a month and kept me informed throughout the process. Would recommend and they are reasonably priced.

We had a pigeon that fell down our chimney. Eddie came out within the hour and removed the pigeon. He was very professional and tidy with his work.

I have been using 4 seasons for years. They are very professional and responsive. I would recommend using them! Over the years I have had issues with a few of my properties from ants, wasps and rats. 4 seasons have been amazing with dealing with the problem then understanding the source of the issue to stop the issue reoccurring.

Edvin is an absolute legend! We had a huge wasp nest in the loft that two other companies failed to fix. Edvin arrived the same day, on time, calm and professional. He explained everything clearly, treated the nest properly (unlike the others), and guaranteed it wouldn’t return. No mess, no fuss, kids and dog safe the whole time.
