Richard returned my call straight away, discussed the job and quoted me a price. Came the next morning at the time agreed. Replaced the wire, serviced the rest of the door parts. Gave me some advice on repairing the door paint which is flaking. Very friendly, even asked if I wanted to watch him work so I could see what he did. Told me to call him if any problems but I know there won't be. Definitely recommend him.

Richard was a very nice bloke who solved the issue straight away repairing the door with new parts and a guarantee. Good communication throughout and a very friendly & knowledgeable.

One of our garage doors stuck in the "up" position. Richard was very flexible in fixing a time to come and fix it. He explained the problem simply, and replaced a the rollers efficiently, and the door runs more smoothly than it ever did. A great job, reasonably priced.
