I decided to ask 3Lance for a quotation for renovation of our two bathrooms after seeing the quality of work Andy’s team performed on a large extension for our son-in-law. I was not disappointed. Our project has run smoothly from the start (with a designer recommended by Andy helping my wife and I to decide what we wanted) to a finished result that is truly exceptional. Aside from the high level of cleanliness maintained throughout, what has impressed me most is that nothing was too much trouble, with my sometimes nit-picking requests being accommodated without complaint. Fantastic service!

Andy and his team completed our project to a very high standard. We had a complex build that included a complete refurbishment but Andy communicated with us regularly and did a fantastic job of project managing the build. He gave some very helpful recommendations for suitable materials and we were very pleased with the small improvements he suggested to our design. His team were polite and worked very hard to deliver a very good finish.

We are in the last few days of a large redevelopment project with Andy and his team at 3Lance Developments. We will be sorry to see them go. We can honestly say the project has been brilliantly managed and the results are phenomenal. Every member of the team brings a wealth of experience and a very high attention to detail. The team did a brilliant job of our converted space and extension. Excellent quality of work. Particularly appreciated their end of day clean up and if there were ever any issues they were resolved in good time. Would highly recommend for your building projects.

A 6 month project to demolish a large part of the property and rebuild with creation of 2 x extensions. Complete landscaping of garden and patio with front drive also landscaped. All aspects of building undertaken - demolition, foundation creation, build, new plumbing and electrics, roof, rendering and redecoration with installation of underfloor heating. Andy has project managed the whole process, keeping to cost estimates and timelines. All the employees at 3 Lance have been highly skilled and courteous and tidy. Highly recommend for all aspects of building. The work looks amazing!
