Rob was brilliant. We thought it was a straightforward job but Rob discovered the cable had been drilled though with 3 nails! It turned into a big job but Rob kept problem solving until it was resolved. He was amazing, polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy and truly went the extra mile. I would recommend him to everyone, a real gem!
