My bifold door key was stuck but it turned out that the key was not the problem. Prompt turn out and free advice. Since he didn’t do any work there was no charge and he pointed me in right direction to get the door fixed - thanks!

The lock was ok but the connection was broken. He suggested it would be best to get the door installer to take a look as he might not be able to get the part. No charge for the call out and very fair advice - thanks

From the initial quote Steve was courteous, friendly and helpful. Everything was well explained before and after the visit with the job being completed quickly and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend using Steve.

Steve was very quick to reply and arrange everything. The job was difficult but he took on the challenge and completed as quickly as he could. Poor guy had to come 3 times and order new parts twice because the window had unique locks.
