  Boiler change

  Mike and his team changed my boiler for me which packed up a few weeks before Christmas. He suggested a baxi boiler which I am very pleased with as I have had no issues since the work was completed. He has a polite, efficient and hardworking team that I will be using again for any future work I need doing.

  Completely reliable, professional, fast and good value, for boilers, radiators and heating systems

  We've had a couple of radiator, thermostat and boiler problems in recent years (this time the boiler fan packed in and needed replacing). We are very happy to have found Mike and 365 Heating & Plumbing. Always incredibly fast to respond in our hour of need, great results, quick, professional, good price, nice bloke and I completely trust him. If in the Bournemouth area, I would thoroughly recommend Mike and the team.

  Leaking Hot Water Cylinder Replaced

  It's one of those secrets do you let out of the bag... they provided exemplary service throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt and clear from the initial enquiry to the provision of a good quote. At every stage, I was kept informed and a final check from Mike ensured my satisfaction with the completed work. Mike leads a highly competent team, Jake and George expertly managed the removal and installation of the cylinder (not an easy task!). The Team consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy, and left the place tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  New Boiler Installation

  365 heating Limited. Mike Copeland came round to see me about the installation of a new boiler and gave me a competitive quote to carry out the works. He went through what it would entail and made sure that it was completed to my satisfaction. Would not hesitate in using 365 Heating in the future. At last I have found a very good Heating and Plumbing company! Mr Garry Proctor

  Boiler replacement/relocation, new shower other changes

  Boiler replacement/relocation, new shower, two new/replacement radiators. Prior to starting all aspects of the job were discussed to ensure we fully understood the scope of works involved. The team worked well together, managed all our expectations and were able to accommodate all our reasonable requests in an efficient, fuss free and professional manner. The scope of works included a lot of drilling, floorboard lifting and other works to accommodate the installation. All areas of our home were treated respectfully and were cleaned/restored to a good standard. Overall a good experience.
