  All good. Easy to reach (a real person!) on the phone. Able to have a direct conversation which was friendly and gave me the information I required about availability and pricing etc. This was despite the garage my car was being towed to changing the date of service. Recovery vehicle arrived in good time on the day. The guy was very competent. I was reassured that my car was in good hands. Definitely use this company again and recommend them. Pleasant and professional throughout.
