I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Tom of 352 Electrical Ltd. when he visited to remove and install our new kitchen hood extractor. He was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my experience. Tom took the time to answer my questions clearly and ensured that all my needs were met promptly. He even made time to fix my electric lawn mower without an extra charge. It shows that he really cares about his customers. The quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I was particularly impressed by Tom's friendly attitude and commitment.

352 responded within minutes of my request and the work was completed within a few hours, much to my delight. I had an old three-cable ceiling rose lighting system that I needed to connect to a dual-cable LED light. Definitely recommended.
