Ben was excellent - really friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He cleaned my sofa after my cat had urinated on it and did an amazing job. The smell is completely gone and the sofa looks as good as new. Great service and great results. Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team were punctual, professional and incredibly thorough. My carpets look brand new and smell fresh — far better than I expected. They took great care of my home and explained everything clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
