  Bathroom Refurb.

  I paid over £10k for work that still not been completed. Toilet cistern and surround too big for the area it was fitted in. No one over 5ft 5, could use the toilet. Shower head damaged. Corners not mitered and contractors unaware of how to miter? Promises of return dates to fix work and no shows on agreed dates, to the point where I went to the office myself as the communication was so poor.

  Made a telephone call last week to this companies office. Arranged an appointment time for yesterday, with Mark. Was given a time of between 9am and 12 noon. This was a no show, so I went out for the afternoon. At 3pm while out I received a call from a member of this companies staff that he was outside my property. I advised this was no good to me. As I was told I had a morning appointment and was now out. This gentlemen had been told by the company my slot was 12 noon to 4pm. Lack of communication within this company and a waste of my time. Very disappointing.

  Toilet problem

  I had a major leak from my toilet. I had tried numerous plumbing companies and got no help from anyone. I called 2nd city and they promptly sent an engineer Bruce who fixed the leak and cleaned up all the water. I would highly recommend them.
