    Summer here and needed rubbish removed from my mum's garden From start to finish they were polite and professional and had very good communication They cleared the rubbish and even swept up afterwards Highly recommended and a very competitive price Thanks

    Removal of electrical appliances

    I had used 2nd Chances to remove some building waste before, so when I accumulated a number of broken electrical devices I called them again. They kept me updated at all stages of the job and it took them a few minutes to remove all the items from the property upon arrival. All staff involved were polite and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    taking stuff away

    the property was being cleaned, prior to sale, and the cleaners discovered quite a lot of 'stuff' that had been discarded in under-eaves cupboards. I contacted 2nd Chance to ask them to remove this stuff. They needed to collect the key and then return it [to the agent] having removed the 'stuff'. They were thoughtful and good communicators and efficient. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them.

    Rubbish and various house items clearence.

    I needed help clearing a mix of household items and 2nd Chances was the perfect choice. Some items needed to be recycled and others needed to be safely disposed of. I selected 2nd Chances due to the credentials listed on their website, including the Which? endorsment. Communication with Hayley, Sam and Liam was prompt and clear, and the booking was done as soon as we agreed on the fee. The team arrived within the allocated timeslot and they were polite and efficient. My experience dealing with 2nd Chances was very positive and I would fully recommend them.

Founded in 2014, 2nd Chances has gone on to work closely with some of the leading property management companies in the country. We have collected reviews and references from our domestic customer base that highlight our professionalism and customer service which you can see in our reviews section.

We provide clearance services at competitive rates and make it our priority to ensure that we are constantly evolving with the Industry by finding innovative ways to recycle and reduce waste of all kinds.

As well as recycling and re-selling re-use, we also work closely with charity shops and re-use centres throughout London to keep costs and waste to a minimum.

* Service update: Man and Van Collections, deliveries and light removals: As of the 2nd September 2020 we have expanded our services to include light removals, we will be using a 3.5 tonne Luton with a tail lift for this type of work.
