    Professional with exceptional work ethic

    This positive review is entirely down to the dedication and persistence of ONE man sent to do the job of three! A marathon 4.5 hours of extremely hard labour clearing densely compacted undergrowth along with tree branches, stumps, rubble, wood, guttering and roofing debris. He did an amazing job virtually clearing all of it before the light failed. I can only apologise that the job turned out to be more challenging than expected but I honestly didn't know the full extent of what was under there but that didn't put him off! First class service. Thank you.

    I have used 2nd Chances for years and have always found them very helpful and professional. No job is too difficult, and as a property manager, they have been invaluable when access is problematic or there are some hoops to jump though. This is never an issue for them - they are keen to work with us to solve matters. When you book them, you can safely know that the job will be done. I would not hesitate to recommend Liam.

    House clearance

    We asked 2nd Chances Ltd to undertake a house clearance at my late mother's house. The overall service was excellent from start to finish. The guy's were friendly, efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. Great company to deal with.

Founded in 2014, 2nd Chances has gone on to work closely with some of the leading property management companies in the country. We have collected reviews and references from our domestic customer base that highlight our professionalism and customer service which you can see in our reviews section.

We provide clearance services at competitive rates and make it our priority to ensure that we are constantly evolving with the Industry by finding innovative ways to recycle and reduce waste of all kinds.

As well as recycling and re-selling re-use, we also work closely with charity shops and re-use centres throughout London to keep costs and waste to a minimum.

* Service update: Man and Van Collections, deliveries and light removals: As of the 2nd September 2020 we have expanded our services to include light removals, we will be using a 3.5 tonne Luton with a tail lift for this type of work.
