    It was easy to get a quote and organise a collection. The team removed all items themselves, and was polite and professional. Although the quote was not the cheapest, liaising with the team was pleasant and hassle free. Recommended

    Moving furniture

    I rang to get someone to move a large piece of furniture quickly and they were responsive and very timely. It went easily on the same day and they arrived at the time they said. Left no mess. I would highly recommend.

    Professional with exceptional work ethic

    This positive review is entirely down to the dedication and persistence of ONE man sent to do the job of three! A marathon 4.5 hours of extremely hard labour clearing densely compacted undergrowth along with tree branches, stumps, rubble, wood, guttering and roofing debris. He did an amazing job virtually clearing all of it before the light failed. I can only apologise that the job turned out to be more challenging than expected but I honestly didn't know the full extent of what was under there but that didn't put him off! First class service. Thank you.

Founded in 2014, 2nd Chances has gone on to work closely with some of the leading property management companies in the country. We have collected reviews and references from our domestic customer base that highlight our professionalism and customer service which you can see in our reviews section.

We provide clearance services at competitive rates and make it our priority to ensure that we are constantly evolving with the Industry by finding innovative ways to recycle and reduce waste of all kinds.

As well as recycling and re-selling re-use, we also work closely with charity shops and re-use centres throughout London to keep costs and waste to a minimum.

* Service update: Man and Van Collections, deliveries and light removals: As of the 2nd September 2020 we have expanded our services to include light removals, we will be using a 3.5 tonne Luton with a tail lift for this type of work.

We have grown from a local business to a city-wide operation in our time of business and aspire to be the industry leaders in front line clearance services. We make it a priority to make our turnaround time as short as possible as we understand that the need for space in London is high.
