2hot2cold gave an extremely good service from initial detailed requirements capture to successful work completion. The conservatory required a bespoke design to complement the existing hardwood interior which was almost 20 years old but with aging glass roof which had started to leak in places. The new roof was fitted in a very efficient manner by the talented team who responded to subtle detail clarifications as necessary with us on a daily basis during installation. We kept the original hardwood roof beams and aluminium guttering in the design. Great result overall and very satisfied.

From the moment we reached out to 2hot2cold, we could not fault the communication. The company came out the same day to have a look at our roof and came up with several options and price ranges. The office team, Caroline and Sophie touched based constantly and a date was booked in for installation. On the scheduled day, the team showed up exactly on time, tidied up after themselves and completed the job in 2 days as scheduled. The company checked in to ensure everything was ok during the works and after. Cannot fault them at all. great workmanship and quality. Would highly recommend to all.

Great adsvise from the start we were very clear to our requirement /dream very clear great comunication regarding legalities over and above my expectations the Team were professional, polite and a credit to the company. We now have another appointment next week to discuss further improvements in line with the new add to our home .Unbelievable from an old 80s conservatory to a new addition to the Kitchen /breakfast room .

We have recently had the conservatory and flat roof redone by 2hot2 cold. What a superb job they have done, from the first visit to discuss what was possible to the various guys that have completed the job everything has been of the highest quality, both in terms of communication, paperwork and more than anything the extremely high standard of workmanship displayed each day. The guys were always polite, quiet and had such a wonderful work ethic, we have nothing but praise for them all. Not to forget that the office staff have been very pleasant and efficient too. Excellent service and product. Replaced glass conservatory roof with a warm tiled roof at a very competitive price. Initial visit and survey was knowledgeable and informative advising of option not previously considered. Office staff, Sophie and Caroline extremely helpful with a very skilful and hard working fitting team.
