  Jewel was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated well, was reliable and done a fantastic job. He let us know throughout what was going on and what needed doing. Any future issues in this trade we will be using his services again.

  Boiler service and heating repairs

  Jewel come round in his own time free of charge to asses the issue I was having and gave me some options. He was great at communicating all The way along and he really wanted to help me out and get my boiler sorted. He done a great job and for a great price. Would highly recommend.

  I would highly recommend this plumber. We needed one urgently because the boiler had leaked, flooded the utility room and left us without heating and hot water. He arrived at 8.30pm the same day and fixed for a very good price. We would definitely use him again.

  Good job done & an unexpected surprise at the end.

  Very responsive, tidy, friendly & professional. Did a good job. Would certainly use this supplier again in the future. Over & above the good job he did, in the end he actually charged me £10 less than his quote because he said he had less work to do on the boiler service than he thought would be necessary. Now he didn’t even have to mention that & I’ve never had that happen before, so top marks for honesty & integrity.
