Good job done. Recommend this company

They responded very quickly, arrived on the same day as first referral, quickly decided what needed to be replaced and then carried out the job after getting the new part. They were both very helpful and I would definitely use them again.

Friendly and helpful, but charged me £40 for poor advice: they wanted to replace both the pump and the heat-exchanger for £1300, both of which another professional later found were actually working. True fault was the ignition which was fixed by other professional for £200.

They arrived quickly and found the source of the leak was failed sealant & grout around the shower. There was also a problem with the bath overflow. They quoted for a complete re-grout & re-seal of the bathroom so that it looks almost brand new. Also fitted a new overflow & waste to the bath and a new waste for the basin which had started to disintegrate. All the work was carried out quickly (started the same afternoon I posted it & finished by lunchtime the following day) and when there was a slight delay on the 2nd day I was kept informed.

Let down by another company, this company (24 hour NE trade group) saved the day, absolutely amazing service, I was contacted immediately about the job and they were out within the hour no complaints at all. Highly recommended.
