  Fantastic service. Quick to respond. Polite, professional and extremely helpful. Our front door stopped locking and Danny was quick to reply to my query. He found the right parts and fixed the door quickly. He was able to advise us and we have booked him for another job already! Highly recommend.

  Key stuck in door & locked out

  Really great service. Communication was excellent from the start and Danny arrived quickly. I had a key stuck in the door and couldn’t get into my house, but the job was sorted really fast and without any hassle. Very friendly and professional – would definitely recommend!

  Two windows - one locked was jammed the other the handle had fallen off. Both handles replaced.

  Fixing window handles & locks

  Danny came to look at some faulty window handles and locks and sorted them out very quickly, with minimum fuss. He was honest enough to say where a repair was all that was needed, rather than replacement parts, which I appreciated. I had total faith in what he was saying and doing and would not hesitate to use him again. And prior to the visit he kept in touch throughout to agree timings and on the day to keep me up to date on his expected arrival time. A very satisfied customer.
