10 Fixing window handles & locks

Danny came to look at some faulty window handles and locks and sorted them out very quickly, with minimum fuss. He was honest enough to say where a repair was all that was needed, rather than replacement parts, which I appreciated. I had total faith in what he was saying and doing and would not hesitate to use him again. And prior to the visit he kept in touch throughout to agree timings and on the day to keep me up to date on his expected arrival time. Danny was first class from start to finish, very professional, honest, relaxed and felt I was under no pressure to use him after his initial attendance. He explained the fault in detail, my options and once agreed he organised a speedy repair from application to problem fixed in less than 48hrs. This wasn't an emergency job so was delighted at the quick turn around which put my mind as rest things wouldn't go wrong before it was fixed. Front door lock fell apart and door was jammed. Clear communication, arrived almost exactly to the given minute, issue explained, quote given/agreed, work completed promptly and invoice for exact quote sent through in the evening.
