Front door lock fell apart and door was jammed. Clear communication, arrived almost exactly to the given minute, issue explained, quote given/agreed, work completed promptly and invoice for exact quote sent through in the evening. Danny was punctual, pleasant and very efficient. He knew exactly how to fix my problem window handles and even though one of them was very tricky, taking a lot more work to repair, Danny would not take any extra money for the job. Even though I was willing to pay for the extra work he stated that he would stick to his quote. I've already booked Danny back o complete a few more issues next week as I am more than satisfied with the quality of his work. Danny came out to my property the same day that I enquired. He changed a Yale lock and added a Chubb. Danny was nothing but professional and also very helpful with his advise. I would not use any other locksmith now!!Verified reviewerJob location: TN1710 Professional in every way!
