I recently got locked out of my house and they came to the rescue. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and the locksmith arrived quickly. They got me back inside without any damage and even gave me some tips to improve my home security

Very responsive and fast experience ever.

Baz charged me £60 before he came the property which he said would be deducted from the cost of the job. After looking at the bath, he said it was a much bigger job than just sealing around two sides of the bath and quoted £150/hour, stating the job would take up to 1 day. I asked him to do a temporary fix, which he said would cost another £150 as this was a 'separate' job. His advertising is completely misleading and he refused to complete the job without another £150 i.e. he was trying to charge me £210 to seal two sides of a bath!!! Complete rip off merchant-AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Came out, diagnosed and replaced diverter valve. Job completed - all good.

1. Their "investigation + quick fix" charge of £180 an additional £240 charge for just 30 minutes work = £420 per hour. 2. Misleading by claiming leak had been fixed. Leak continued and 2 emergency plumbers then identified the real leak and showed that the work 247 claimed to have done was NOT completed. 3. Originally 2 hours late from their ETA as they just didn't travel early enough. 4. Despite the continued leaking, all SEVEN polite messages were completely ignored and unresponded to by 247. 5. Don't be fooled by their overall rating, they are expert at misleading customers.

247 RAPID RESPONSE Provided massive help by gaining me entry to my home as I had locked myself out and upgraded my lock to something more suitable for me. Fantastic customer service and amazing work carried out, was very friendly and informative done exactly what they said they would do.
