    Terrible experience with the company. They arrived and charged us but did not fix the problem. To this day the customer service has not given us a refund. Took our money and ran, do not use this company. They will scam you.

    I found Turek through 247 Rapid Response LTD, and I’m so glad I did! The office team were very helpful from the start, and everything went smoothly. Fantastic service all around, helping me on short notice to replace my kitchen tap.

    Awful experience, awful service, no refund!

    The plumber misdiagnosed the leak, couldn’t shut off the water, and charged us hundreds for doing nothing; a different plumber fixed it properly for less money and far less drama from a different company. Customer service is abysmal and in fact non-existent. We requested a refund based on the horrendous experience we have had with this company, they are extremely inflexible and do not offer timely and customer-based solutions. The individual plumber on the telephone interrupted us whilst we were discussing the issues experienced by us and then proceeded to put the phone down. Absolutely do n

    I called 247 Rapid Response Ltd for an emergency plumbing issue, but despite charging £240, the plumber failed to fix anything, misdiagnosed the problem, and we were left to resolve the issue ourselves the next day.
