  Repaired a lock that stopped working

  Came quickly, walked us through the potential causes of our issues and the costs of each. Demonstrated root causes analysis of the issue. Replaced the faulty part and ensured we were happy with the results. Walked through lock care and told us how to reduce the chances of this part breaking in the future. Would highly recommend.

  Front door lock broken

  My front door key was just turning in the lock without unlocking. Requested a quote and got an extremely competitive quote from James within 30 minutes with good availability of appointment dates. On the day of the repair, James introduced himself and explained every aspect of the repair whilst completing the work. His knowledge and friendly attitude was most welcoming. Door was opened and faulty parts replaced within an hour and half. James also gave me tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again. Would absolutely recommend James to friends and family.
