    There was a leakage in the radiators pipes

    The work was done well . Well the tenants is not complaining but my problem is it’s been over a month and I have been asking the tradesmen for my receipts after paying 450 pound and they are refusing to send it to me .

    Leak fixing and bath fitting

    Had a number of slow leaks in our house that we are renovating so had to have a number of repairs done to pipes. Got the shower removed and a bath put in. The two that came around were professional and just got on with the job.

    Leak from unidentified source

    Responded within seconds of job being posted. Communication good, turned up when the said they would, kept me informed at each stage of job as the cost were beginning to rise. Since I was monitoring the job remotely they also sent pictures showing what they were doing. Left the house as they found it, tidying up after themselves. Leak identified. Can't comment regarding the quality of the fix as I haven't yet seen it in person but the leak has stopped which was the object exercise. Requested same day payment for work.

    Remove tiles, fix leak in the bath/plug and replace tile.

    2 apprentices turned up to complete the job which I wasn't expecting - I assumed (rightly or wrongly) that we'd have an experienced, qualified plumber turn up. They assessed the job, were confident they could do it so I gave the go ahead. Near the end of the job they let me know they wouldn't be able to fix the plug properly without taking out the bath but still charged their full quoted fee despite leaving the plug not getting completely fixed. Once they'd gone, I went up and saw they'd also left the bathroom quite messy and the finish on tiles wasn't very good. Overall a bit disappointed.
