Had three lights installed, but none were tested before the electrician left and none worked when tested. When I raised the issue, I was told it would cost an extra £120 just to come back and “run a diagnostic” no discussion re additional cost whilst on site to Rectify the problem instead full cost of re attendance. The follow-up call was just as frustrating: he was passive aggressive, constantly talked over me, and didn’t listen. Poor workmanship, worse communication, and an attempt to charge more to fix an incomplete job. Would not recommend.

The works booked and agreed were for the installation of external light fittings only, using the existing wiring on site. At the time of installation, you were not present, but your wife was informed that the existing wiring was not functional and potentially unsafe (exposed conductors). The circuits tested dead on arrival, and we advised that the issue was with the pre-existing wiring, not the newly installed fittings.
