  Boiler flue & plume advice

  Following complaints from our neighbour, I wanted to get some advice on the location of my flue and plume, as I was struggling to decipher the manual. Darren gave me a call within minutes of me writing the advert, and was then at my address within 30 minutes. Even though it resulted in no paid work, he offered me lots of advice and put my concerns to rest.

  Gas boiler installation

  I hired 21 Degrees Chs Ltd because the gas boiler was broken down. The engineer was so helpful and he tried to come to diagnose it within hours. The result was there's no parts available for repairing, the only option was to install a new one. He tried to arrange the installation asap even on Sat. It was completed in a day. He's knowledgeable towards the heating and paid attention to the details of the whole process of installation. The communication was brilliant. He explained and answered all our queries. Appreciated!. I would recommend the company for this category of trade. Thank you!

  Darren was very efficient and polite. I had never had gas heating before so he took the time to explain how the gas boiler works and to check my radiators. I can thoroughly recommend him.
