Dean did a great job, very experienced and competent, the job was soon completed and I am 100% satisfied would recommend to anyone, no problem.

Dean and his men were wonderful. Dean contacted me very promptly, communicated well,assessed the job and arranged a mutually convenient date and time. They were very prompt, cheerful and professional. The move was carried out efficiently and effectively. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The owner of 1 trip removals, text me the day before we were due to move, to see if everything was ok, that was reassuring. On the day of the move the 2guys arrived, I showed them what was moving and they were on it straight away. With in about 30 minutes all the things that was moving with me were in the van. Then at the other end I told the guys where to put the boxes and bed, and cabinets, and all was done well. A very stress free move from 1trip removals.

Fantastic from start to finish. Potentially complex move, moving majority of a 5 bed house to storage with some other items to a 1st floor flat. 1-Trip where the first to contact after the job was posted on Check-a-trade. Explained job and agreed quote over phone, confirmed by whatsapp. Communication was excellent with Dean confirming appointments and checking in the day before to confirm. All items handled with great care and efficiency - and the moving to two different locatioons was never a problem. Great experience & would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend to others
