Very polite efficient and respectful

After posting the job I got a message from Dean at 1 trip removals quite quickly. After detailing the job he gave me a quote but suggested he would be better off calling round to check access etc to ensure that everything went well on the day. He obviously knew what he was doing and I was happy to pay a 25% deposit. I got a message the day before the job to make sure everything was on plan and another just as he set off to come to me on the day. He and his mate were very competent and really flexible and helpful. A real 5* service. Highly recommended.
