We contacted Shane to look at a leak in our garage flat roof. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the issue. Rather than pushing for a full replacement, Shane suggested a sensible short-term repair, which was much more cost-effective. This honest approach was really appreciated. He kept us informed throughout, took photos of the repairs, and explained everything he had done in detail. Booked to have a quote, came to view work the following day. Advised could either repair or replace the whole roof, no pressure to replace at a higher cost. Easy to talk to and patiently waited whilst I got other quotes done. Decided to repair and they started as soon as they could, kept me up to date with what happened with the work. Showed up early and got on with the work.
