A very positive experience from my initial enquiry right through to the installation of our new en-suite bathroom. Graham Beales worked with us to create our dream bathroom based upon our own ideas but with his expertise and advice, the end result was better than we could have ever imagined. Excellent communication, delivers what he says he will in terms of quality and timelines and worked in a very tidy and respectful manner in our home, clearing up every day. I recently had a new toilet bowl installed, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. The installer arrived on time, brought all the necessary tools and parts, and worked efficiently. The old unit was removed cleanly, and the new toilet was installed without any damage to the surrounding area. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail – the installer ensured that the toilet was level, the wax ring was sealed properly, and there were no leaks after the water was turned back on. They even tested the flush and cleaned up afterward, leaving the bathroom spotless.

We have had our bathroom renovated by trade recently and we are very pleased with his workmanship. Looking for someone to do a job in your house is not an easy task, as you don't know who you might get. Graham worked each day, non stop without interruptions until he finished for the day. You have sometimes workers who stop frequently for things such as phone calls etc. It is a great pleasure to look at trade's finished work each time we go to our bathroom. We are delighted with the result.
