  Job had very difficult access but it was done without complaint, and even though it took considerably longer than expected, care was still taken to finish off and clean up afterwards.

  Quick, and first time fix for badly blocked sink drain system.

  Difficult to not give 10 for this service. Responded quickly to an urgent situation, Contacted me with status and arrival time. Listened to what I had done to try fix the issue, and started work immediately with out repeating my efforts. Worked quickly, and very tidily. Ensured all pipework was replaced and was water tight. Pleasant conversation, and VERY efficient. Now on my Urgent contacts list - very professional THANKS again!
