  I had purchased a new kitchen mixer tap and needed that fitted promptly. 1st Response provided a fair quote and could do the work quickly. Very courteous service with the work being carried out very neatly and also removed all the packaging waste afterwards. I now have a shiny new drip-free tap thank you!

  They were friendly and polite and patient. I'm really satisfied with the job even though the issue was alot worse then I initially thought, but he was presistent and did a verygood job. Despite the extra work they had to do the charge was really reasonable. Highly recommend them.

  Toilet Replacement

  The team responded promptly to an enquiry about replacing a damaged toilet, and were available to help within 24 hours. Quality of the work was excellent, and the team were very friendly and knowledgeable, keeping me informed and updated during all stages of work. The job ended up being quite complex, but the team were happy to stay late and work outside usual business hours to ensure the job was finished to an excellent standard. Would highly recommend!

  Avoid - Poor Workmanship and Bad Results

  Absolutely awful experience, did not fixed the leak and due to poor workmanship caused more problems then he solved, then refused to give me a refund for the unprofessional work - avoid please, avoid
