Lewis visited promptly to quote, identified work needed and explained all, quoted quickly in writing, and arranged an appointment to carry out the work once I'd agreed it. Despite being mucked around by the scaffolder, he carried out the work on the date(s) agreed and was entirely professional and friendly throughout. He even cleared my higher gutters at no extra cost.
