Prompt response and excellent job completed

We discovered that drains were blocked at about 4pm, called the company who confirmed they could help, however, it would be out of hours, after completion of another two jobs. Mark called at about 8pm to ask for detailed directions and arrived 20 minutes later. He was extremely courteous (even at the end of a 12+ hour day for him!), efficient and competent. He had also turned up with the right equipment and fixed the problem within a very short time. The cost was appropriate and proportionate. We highly recommend this company.

Mark Wood, who attended my drain, worked extremely hard to get it sorted. He was incredibly courteous and demonstrated lots of experience. Initially he was having a lot of problem unblocking it but he persevered and managed to get it fixed. He was very hardworking and reliable and even came out a second time without charge as a good gesture. I highly recommend his services.

Our sewer was blocked up pretty badly and I called 1st Clearflow after a recommendation from a friend. They came around at 08:00 the next day, ON THE DOT and Mark was so helpful. Mark was very helpful and professional. It was a tough job and many techniques were not working. However he kept trying and trying and was determined and persistent. Finally he managed to clear the blockage and now everything works great. He even took extra time to clean up the drains for us as well. Would thoroughly recommend - great service. Thank you.
