1st class job: on time, polite, friendly and a quick and efficient fix Paul came himself which is a nice so you know you are dealing with the person you dealt with and not only did he do an excellent job of fixing the issue but he also took the time to show me how I can fix it myself if the problem reoccurs. What a class act!

I went to open a window and the top hinge completely snapped off leaving me hanging on to the first floor Window to stop it falling. Went on Checkatrade for a company found 1st Class Glass. They were certainly 1st class. Although they were already on another job they arrived in under 20 minutes. They removed the window. Replaced both top and bottom hinges with stronger hinges. I was so grateful being 70 and disabled I was rather worried plus I had a hospital appointment to go too. This is an excellent company for fixing your windows I would highly recommend them.

Paul provided a reasonable quote and arrived the same day. He was very knowledgeable and re-aligned the door on its hinges to fix the issue. The door is now closing very smoothly and the problem has been fully resolved. I recommend this company and will use them again.
